Inclusive, respectful healthcare for young people and rainbow communities

Meadowbank Medical Centre provides friendly, confidential and non-judgemental healthcare for teenagers, young adults, LGBTQIA+ people, takatāpui, gender-diverse and questioning patients.

We support young people and rainbow patients with general health concerns, mental health, sexual health, STI testing, PrEP advice, contraception, period concerns, cervical screening, vaccinations, skin problems, medical certificates, lifestyle advice and preventive health checks.

Our GPs aim to provide a safe and respectful space where you can talk openly about your health, identity, relationships, body, mood and wellbeing.

Young people are welcome to attend on their own or with a parent, caregiver, friend or trusted support person.
