Supportive mental health and neurodiversity-sensitive care
At Meadowbank Medical Centre, we provide confidential, compassionate support for mental health, wellbeing and neurodiversity.
You can book an appointment to discuss stress, anxiety, low mood, sleep problems, grief, burnout, relationship difficulties, study or work pressure, and other emotional health concerns.
We also provide neurodiversity-sensitive care for people who may be experiencing symptoms of ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, or related challenges with attention, organisation, emotional regulation, sensory sensitivity, social communication or daily functioning.
Our GPs can help with initial assessment, screening, practical strategies, medication review where appropriate, mental health support, follow-up care and referral to psychologists, psychiatrists, paediatricians or specialist assessment services when needed.
We aim to provide a respectful and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and feel supported.
